An Address of Confusion and Concerns Regarding A Lion’s Heart
Southside, AL, September 20, 2016– It is an odd day indeed to find out that you are dead, incompetent, and poor. An address to a lot of misinformation being intentionally spread to mislead and confuse our supporters.
I actually never thought that I would have the chance to use the Mark Twain quote, “the reports of my death are greatly exaggerated’ but somehow it has become both appropriate and necessary. Amy Adams, President of A Lion’s Heart
A Lion’s Heart strongly refutes the allegations made by Kim Michelle Broderick which are of a highly personal and detrimental nature. They allege that I, Amy Adams, is incompetent to run a Lion’s Heart Org due to health issues. This is totally incorrect and inaccurate and amounts to a case of liable defamation of character. This has been posted on numerous occasions on Facebook, in letters sent to other NGOs, to Sanctuaries, our followers, and to other bodies who have an interest in A Lion’s Heart.
I would also point out that KMB was dismissed as a Director of A Lion’s Heart, on August 28th, due to malicious intent to the organisation of A Lion’s Heart. This decision was not taken lightly but was caused by the unacceptable and damaging behaviour of KMB which was affecting the above Organisation.
It has come to our knowledge, that the above-mentioned KMB, is still using the title of a Director of A Lion’s Heart which is illegal and is also pertaining to be a part of a Lion’s Heart by using videos, documents, and photos which are the legal property of A Lion’s Heart. Again, a totally illegal practice.
Please note that KMB may be collecting funds for the animals in Taiz Zoo but this however, forms no legal basis and has no connection whatsoever in any capacity with A Lions Heart. Any such connection either stated or inferred is incorrect and forms no legal basis whatsoever. Any continuing defamation of a personal nature against myself or A Lion’s Heart....., any usage of property of a Lions Heart shall be looked upon as constituting a felony and will be treated as such.
On a more personal and professional note, having to even address that I am not dead is a bit concerning. Especially at a time so critical for the Taiz zoo animals. Please note that we are still actively taking donations for their care. Who have also been caring for the zoo and since February.
